About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred)
- Willingness to obtain required water/wastewater certifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous water/wastewater experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate pumps, valves, motors, belt presses, and other treatment equipment
- Monitor treatment processes and perform routine testing and inspections
- Complete basic maintenance and assist with equipment repairs
- Record operational data, including flows and chemical usage
- Respond to emergency callouts and on-call situations as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure facility
- Provide excellent customer service and support team operations
