Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to obtain wastewater certification.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional emergency call-outs.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
Nice To Haves
- A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Maintenance, mechanical, industrial, or utility experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pumps, motors, valves, and treatment equipment.
- Collect samples and perform basic testing and laboratory analyses.
- Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Document plant performance and operational data.
- Respond to operational issues and emergency call-outs as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure facility.
