Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering – Master’s degree is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering consulting; civil/sanitary studies and design with water/wastewater conveyance and treatment focus; and business development.
Skills in hydraulic and process modeling, GIS, CAD, and project management are desirable.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint sites, and Bluebeam Revu.
VA State PE licensure is required; MD licensure a plus.
Demonstrated project delivery experience, including managing client expectations, technical teams, and project finances.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree is desirable.
Skills in hydraulic and process modeling, GIS, CAD, and project management are desirable.

Responsibilities

Technical excellence in planning studies, preliminary designs, final designs, asset management, program management, bid assistance and office services during construction for water and wastewater infrastructure and facilities.
Managing multiple technical tasks simultaneously to lead teams to complete assignments to the client’s satisfaction while following the contract requirements and maintaining budget and schedule.
