About The Position

The incumbent in this position will report to the Administrative Officer 2 and will be assigned to the Transfer Division of the Department of Solid Waste Management. The incumbent in this position will be required to work a 40-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for clerical work including but not limited to preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. This position will be tasked with gathering and compiling information for various projects, including budget preparation and supporting other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth division operations. This position is vital to supporting the Transfer Division's operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of advanced clerical experience to include the processing of financial transactions are required.
  • Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.
