Washfloor Operator
About The Position
Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a Washfloor Operator to support our industrial laundry operations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with large-scale washing equipment and heavy loads in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time, non-seasonal position with consistent weekday hours. No prior washfloor experience required—we provide hands-on training. This is a heavy-duty, industrial role critical to our production process. Ideal for individuals who prefer active, physical work and want to be part of a reliable, team-driven operation.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles
- Handle large sling loads following proper weight and wash formulas
- Operate washers according to established processing sequences
- Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor
- Monitor chemical/detergent levels and report issues
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions
- Transport washed items to the next production stage
- Complete production tracking and basic documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures
