Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately
Demonstrates strong consistency in following procedures and maintaining quality
Reliability and strong work ethic
Experience in vehicle washing, detailing, or related hands‑on work environments
Beginner, intermediate, or advanced English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with team members and customers on a daily basis

Responsibilities

Prepare and wash vehicles for services
Identify and remove debris such as road tar and environmental particles
Perform washing, claying, and surface preparation
Follow detailed instructions, procedures, and processes to maintain service quality
Provide excellent customer service while supporting shop operations
