About The Position

Buckeye Honda is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Wash Bay / Lot Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles and dealership inventory while ensuring the service drive and lot remain clean, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Frequently standing and walking
• Regular bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and vacuum customer vehicles after service.
• Wash and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery.
• Clean engine compartments when requested.
• Apply tire shine and perform final quality inspections.
• Remove stickers, tape, and protective coverings from new vehicles.
• Keep dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable.
• Move vehicles between service, sales, detail, and storage areas.
• Park vehicles in designated locations.
• Assist with snow removal and ice treatment during winter months.
• Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness around the dealership.
• Assist technicians and advisors as needed.
• Maintain wash bay equipment and supplies.
• Notify management of vehicle damage or maintenance concerns.
• Fuel vehicles when necessary.
• Perform miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
