Wash Bay Attendant
About The Position
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE, HARDWORKING, AND DETAIL-ORIENTED WASH BAY ATTENDANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THIS HANDS-ON ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS, ENJOYS WORKING AROUND HEAVY EQUIPMENT, AND THRIVES IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WASHING AND DETAILING TRUCKS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT, MAINTAINING A CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND SAFE WASH BAY, SUPPORTING GENERAL FACILITY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, AND ASSISTING TECHNICIANS WITH SHOP-RELATED TASKS. THIS ROLE ALSO INCLUDES PICKING UP AND DELIVERING PARTS AS REQUIRED WHILE CONTRIBUTING TO THE OVERALL EFFICIENCY AND SUCCESS OF THE SERVICE TEAM.
Requirements
- Previous detailing experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment or trucks
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computers including MS Office
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated team player and willing to assist others when required
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Ability to operate a Company vehicle as this is a requirement of the position
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to heavy equipment or shop work environment is an asset
- Forklift license or willing to obtain
Responsibilities
- Wash and detail heavy equipment, trucks and related equipment
- Keep the wash bay clean, organized and safe
- Assist in some general facility maintenance
- Assist Technicians as needed
- Pick-up and delivery parts as required
- Perform any other duties as required

- Competitive hourly wage of $24.60-$25.00, per hour, based on experience and qualifications
