About The Position

Keolis in Campbell River is seeking a part-time Wash Bay Attendant to work four evenings a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm. This role is responsible for keeping the fleet sparkling and ready for the road. The position involves cleaning the interiors and exteriors of various company vehicles, checking DEF fluid levels, cleaning advertising, reporting interior light issues, emptying fareboxes, and cleaning wheels and vehicle parts. Additionally, the attendant will replace advertising signs, assist with cash container "dumping", and perform general facility cleaning duties.

Requirements

Class 5 driver's license or higher
Ability to understand, speak, and write English to communicate effectively and report on incidents involving safety and/or service
No criminal convictions or pending charges relating directly to the Wash Bay Attendant position

Responsibilities

Clean the interiors and exteriors of various company vehicles as determined by the Company
Check DEF fluid levels as determined by cleaning and fueling procedures
Clean interior and exterior bus advertising and back lighting
Report any interior lights that are not working and empty fareboxes.
Clean wheels, and vehicle parts
Replace interior & exterior advertising signs when instructed to do so
Assist with "dumping" the cash container into the vault (requires some lifting)
Perform miscellaneous general facility cleaning duties
