You'll be our operations MVP, using your deep window expertise and stellar interpersonal skills to ensure every homeowner has a world-class experience. Requirements

  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, featuring strong listening and empathy to truly connect with our customers.
  • The ability to confidently handle confrontation and conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach.
  • A basic knowledge of construction, carpentry, remodeling, framing, and building materials to understand how our windows fit into the big picture.
  • The physical capability to stand, walk, or sit all day and lift up to 75lbs.
  • A willingness to reasonably withstand the elements and work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record per company standards.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of window installation experience is preferred so you can hit the ground running.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority service work and escalated homeowner situations, ensuring clear communication, effective problem resolution, and absolute customer satisfaction.
  • Showcase your comprehensive knowledge of window parts and pieces by expertly dismantling and reassembling windows, window coverings, and hardware.
  • Analyze complex customer situations, determine the necessary corrective action, and verify that the situation is fixed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to service and repair previously installed RbA products.
  • Keep team members and your manager fully informed about your customer interactions and the actions you've taken to save the day.
  • Champion the homeowner experience by leading the team to achieve and maintain an impressive 85–100% Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Oversee the successful completion of all warranty service work across your territory.
