About The Position

The Warranty Project Manager will oversee warranty and equipment service activities for Amazon, a key hyperscale customer of the Power Delivery and Regulation Division. This role involves managing post-sales support and coordinating project communications across internal teams and Amazon, including weekly meetings and daily interactions. The manager will be deeply involved in technical issue resolution, ensuring deadlines are met and the order process flows smoothly. Building strong customer relationships and strategic internal partnerships is essential to support long-term business goals. The position also requires proficiency in tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word, and Quality Management systems to manage project tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Two (2) years Customer Service and/or Project Management experience working with large accounts.
  • Two (2) years of experience with SAP ERP system and with Microsoft Office solutions.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with a technical product/solution.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years in the role as Production, Quality, Field Service or Engineering experience in an electrical equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Effective problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP and analysis tools
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Use Quality Database Management System and SAP to log and manage field product incidents.
  • Create spreadsheets and documentation to track project status for stakeholders.
  • Lead customer meetings and apply project management strategies to minimize risk.
  • Develop and document new processes and tools for Amazon-related projects.
  • Deliver presentations and training to customers on project updates.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of transformers and related products.
  • Follow up on service tickets to ensure timely resolution and communicate repair status.
  • Support customer visits, product teardowns, plant tours, and witness testing.
  • Help maintain ISO and departmental quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to oversee field repairs and service activities.
