The primary responsibility of the Warranty Repair Technician is to repair or fix any issues that may be reported by an owner or dealer. This role involves performing fair and finish repairs for final gel coat application, matching new finishes to existing gel coat, spraying gel coat and nonskid gel coat, wet sanding, and buffing. The technician will also repair stringers and bulkheads, de-rig electrical and hydraulic systems in the console and throughout the vessel, and troubleshoot and replace basic 12-volt electrical items like lights, horns, switches, batteries, and chargers. The individual must perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all required PPE and safety policies, and maintaining a clean work area.
