About The Position

This position will develop, implement, and manage warranties for the organization accordingly.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of industry related work history.
Strong customer service and sales skills
A drive to identify and resolve product problems
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Possess strong people and organizational skills
Work cooperatively with customers, sales representatives, staff, management, and other associates.

Strong working knowledge of crane and construction equipment, operations and mechanical function

Work with customers to ensure that warranty claims are prepared, filed and collected in a timely and accurate manner.
Work with clients to customize, manage and monitor notifications distributed by manufacturing in regard to fleet breakdowns, repairs and maintenance needed.
Manage in-house warranty in regard to unit customization and proprietary parts.
Oversee customer service department in relations to customized programs offered to clients to offer a superior dealership experience.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure customer’s growing needs are met.
Remains abreast of competition, company’s strengths and weaknesses, evolving opportunities and communicates back to the organization potential value-added products and services that will drive company revenue growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries; Assist in delivering required training to ensure that all coworkers have the necessary skills to perform their jobs properly and safely.
Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals (internal & external).
Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Companywide policies to eliminate and/or reduce exposure to liability.
Special projects or work as assigned.
