What We Offer: Competitive Compensation package Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Employee Discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service Opportunities for professional development and career growth Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a team of passionate professionals Key Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies Verify all necessary documentation, including repair orders, parts, and labor for warranty claims Monitor and track warranty parts returns, following up with the appropriate departments as needed Reconcile warranty receivables and ensure prompt collection from manufacturers Handle rejected or denied claims, investigating and resolving issues where applicable Work closely with the service and parts department to ensure warranty guidelines are met Maintain knowledge of current warranty policies, guidelines, and procedures Communicate effectively with manufacturers, service technicians, and customers regarding warranty claim status Qualifications: Previous experience as a warranty administrator or in a similar role (automotive industry experience preferred) Strong understanding of warranty guidelines and manufacturer claim procedures Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with dealership management systems (experience with Tekion a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Why Work with Murgado Automotive Group? Requirements

  • Previous experience as a warranty administrator or in a similar role (automotive industry experience preferred)
