Requirements
- Organized, accurate, and comfortable working with detailed paperwork
- Good communication skills including active listening
- Service-oriented
- Computer literate, and able to learn new software
Nice To Haves
- JLR knowledge a plus
- CDK knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Code claims using OEM warranty policies
- Review repair instructions, diagnostics, and technician notes
- Verify punch times and labor operations
- Use overlap tools when needed
- Submit claims through the OEM system with all required documentation
