We are currently seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. Position Overview: As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating the resolution of warranty issues. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that warranty procedures are followed correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least one-year previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with manufacturer warranty systems and processes.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and dealership management systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher in business or automotive technology is preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Warranty Claims Management: Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturers.
  • Ensure that all required documentation and information are included with each claim.
  • Track and manage warranty claims to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warranty claims and related correspondence.
  • Ensure that all warranty documentation is organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
  • Customer Service: Act as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues and answer any questions.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their warranty concerns and keeping them informed about the status of their claims.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and guidelines related to warranty claims.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline warranty processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the service department to ensure accurate warranty claim submissions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with parts and service teams to facilitate necessary repairs and replacements covered under warranty.
