About The Position

Safely load and unload creels, accurately complete necessary paperwork, and operate the Warper. Perform other duties as directed. Requirements

Ability to safely operate motorized lifts.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Ability to follow SOP and Control Plans.
Ability to maintain quality standards.
Ability to maintain a clean work area.
Completion of required safety training.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Reporting of unsafe conditions.
Adherence to protocols for fall protection, lockout/tagout (LOTO), hot work, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret yarn requirements from production orders.
Prepare documentation to requisition required yarn from warehouse.
Clean and perform preventive maintenance on the creels.
Safely operate Warper according to standard operating procedures.
Safely operate motorized lifts to load and unload yarn packages from the creel.
Prepare beams on shafts to load and unload at Warp machine.
Properly label finished beams.
Follow SOP and Control Plans at process to meet Quality requirements.
Maintain quality standards and clean work area.
Perform other duties as assigned or required for the position.
