About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated, team-building individuals to fill Full Time Wares Processor Positions at their Oxford Store. The role involves receiving, processing, sorting, and displaying products, achieving production standards, and providing excellent customer service. The organization's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in making the transition to independence and self-sufficiency, with profits funding programs to help people find work. Goodwill also demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, having recycled over 8.7 million lbs. of materials in 2022, preventing them from ending up in landfills.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
• Ability to reach, bend or stoop
• Ability to stand six to eight hours a day
• Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
• Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Ability to distinguish colors well
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional
