About The Position

Directly supervises Warehouse Department employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. This position is slated for internal applicants, with priority consideration given to them first. If internal applicants are not selected, external applicants will then be reviewed for consideration. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 3 years of work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn and the ability to lead others.

Nice To Haves

Experience is not required but is preferred.
Basic computer skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Training employees.
Planning assigning and directing work.
Scheduling and managing overtime.
Appraising performance.
Disciplining employees.
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Keep all aspects of inventory accurate; whether receiving off the floor or receiving from outside vendors.
Manage housekeeping in dock area.
Ensuring that all product quality and safety processes are being followed consistently.
Promoting a safe work environment.
Performing other responsibilities as needed.
