About The Position

This role involves operating various equipment to handle product and materials, managing paperwork, and performing various material handling functions to ensure timely shipment of products.

Requirements

• Ability to operate forklifts, side-loaders, powered and unpowered lifts.
• Proficiency in operating hand tools for crate/container building.
• Skills in managing and processing paperwork and related documents.
• Experience with material handling functions such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
• Ability to ensure timely shipment of products.

Responsibilities

• Follow all quality, health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Operate a variety of equipment (including forklifts, side-loaders, powered and unpowered lifts) to load, unload and move product and materials.
• Operate hand tools in crate/container building.
• Maintain control of paperwork and related documents and process those documents in a timely manner.
• Handle other material handling functions such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
• Complete in a timely manner the shipment of product to meet the customer’s needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
