About The Position
A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Warehouser to join their team in Greencastle, PA. The role involves safely loading and unloading, organizing, and packing and unpacking freight. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred. Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs
- Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment – carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup
- Physically lifting and moving boxes
- Utilizing scanners to read, track and monitor freight throughout the warehouse
- Operating with a customer service first mentality
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
