About The Position

As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the quick delivery of championship customer service to the Food and Beverage Warehouse prior to and during events.

Requirements

  • Must be flexible to available to work shifts during the day, evening, overnight or week-ends based on the calendar of events at Scotiabank Arena.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, move in repetitive motion etc., and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to pay close attention to detail and process orders accurately.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification is an asset.
  • Serve Safe certification is an asset.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer food and beverage products to various locations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Picking items from a picklist, ensuring each item matches the paperwork.
  • Stock items neatly in their respective location.
  • Deliver kegs.
  • Identify and report low/out-of-stock items to purchasers for re-ordering.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area/equipment.
  • Work diligently to ensure the safety of oneself and others.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Provide a friendly and informed response to any service-related issue/inquiry.
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies, including Health & Safety.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
