This role involves filling shipping or transfer orders, operating machinery, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean. The position requires the use of a forklift to move materials. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a warehouse worker is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Experience in operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains open communication with warehouse manager
• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
• Picking and filling orders from stock
• Checks accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders
• Prepare trucks for deliveries with correctly pulled material
• Provides excellent customer service to walk-in customers
• Operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Ensures warehouse and yard are kept neat and clean and takes pride in our appearance
• Help maintain property which may include mowing and snow removal
• Help maintain company vehicle appearance by washing and cleaning inside
• Work individually or as a team to perform assigned projects
• Treats co-works with respect
• Must be L/B Water Forklift certified
• May make Non CDL truck deliveries
• Knowledge of materials, part numbers and applications
• Knowledge of pipe Outside diameters
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned
