About The Position

This role involves managing the Nampa Yard, including unloading railcars, monitoring storage levels, and serving customer needs. The associate will also handle inventory management, coordinate with vendors, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard. A key aspect of the job is prioritizing safety and providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone. Continuous learning and skill development within the industry are also expected.

Requirements

• Address concerns with management before they become a problem
• Prioritize unloading of railcars by watching percentages
• Advise management when unloading railcar with information off railcar
• Communicate with office staff when going to lunch or any discrepancies on paperwork
