About The Position

At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Workflow Coordinator to be the mastermind behind our warehouse operations. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track—analyzing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and making sure every shipment flows smoothly. This role is responsible for optimizing workflow, ensuring the dock is moving efficiently, and communicating effectively between teams. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday - Thursday 1:30 pm - 10 pm and Friday 1:30 pm - 12 am.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning.
Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite).
Detail-oriented & analytical – Strong problem-solving skills.
Great communicator – Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively.
Adaptable & organized – Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.

Nice To Haves

An associate’s degree or college coursework.
Experience with JDA WMS.
A solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency.
Allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability.
Tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head-on.
Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
Keep leadership in the loop and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything stays on track.
Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
