About The Position

National Star Services, a facility management company, is seeking warehouse workers/general laborers in North Bergen, New Jersey. The role involves processing and managing cardboard waste, operating baling machinery, sorting reusable cardboard, and breaking down boxes. Workers are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, follow safety procedures and operational guidelines, and collaborate with team members to support an efficient workflow. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sundays as needed, starting at 6:30 AM and continuing until work is finished. Pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Two valid forms of identification.
Steel-toe boots.
Own transportation to commute to the worksite.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50–65 pounds.
A background check and drug test will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Process and manage cardboard waste materials efficiently.
Operate baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales and place them securely on pallets.
Sort reusable cardboard and break down cardboard boxes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work effectively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
