About The Position

The Premium Daily Worker's main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with the facility protocols and safety standards. All employees will be expected to work when scheduled by the employer.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Adherence to all established policies of the employee handbook.
  • Adherence to all established position performance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Reading and Computer skills.
  • Ability to lift, move & carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
  • Ability to bend, reach & stretch as needed for service to guests as well as for cleaning & maintenance.
  • Must be able to stand & walk during entire shift or event.
  • Current employee transferring to a new position is required to complete a criminal background check, if said employee has been employed for one or more years.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience preferred
  • All standard ARAMARK & CONSOL Energy Center trainings, including but not limited to: RAMP Certification, Safety Topics (HACCP, ServSafe, Environmental Awareness, Safe S.T.E.P., Personal Hygiene & Health, etc.), Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices.
  • Organizing and storing all incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO (first in, first out) inventory controls for perishable products.
  • Training and operation of a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts/Picks inventory to assemble orders of product, supplies and equipment for requisitions or established par levels.
  • Following all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
  • Loading, unloading and transporting products and materials to different areas of the warehouse and/or other client locations. May require use of carts, powered industrial vehicles (PIV), or motor vehicles.
  • Conducting routine physical inventory counts, based on established location schedules.
  • Accurately completing administrative duties including records such as inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and any other relevant business records. This maybe on paper or in a technology-based system (hand-held device or PC).
  • Cleaning assigned work areas, including but not limited to restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator and freight platform delivery areas when applicable.
  • Implementing all location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures.
  • Using all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
  • Taking appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets.
  • Assisting in Set-Up, Stocking, Cleaning & Break down of service locations.
  • Adhering to all ARAMARK operational standards, policies & practices.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
