BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 23 branches conveniently-located across the U.S. SUMMARY: Under direct supervision receives, stores, selects and loads products within warehouse by performing the following duties as directed by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Order Picker to join our bakery ingredients distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Experience operating a Crown forklift is required.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse and order-picking experience.
Experience operating a Crown forklift (certification preferred).
Ability to accurately read picking slips and shipping documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience operating a Crown forklift
Previous warehouse/order-picking experience
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

Experience working with baking ingredients, food distribution, or food manufacturing products.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
Forklift certification and experience with electric warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate a Crown forklift to move, load, unload, and stage products.
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments.
Verify product quantities and order accuracy before shipment.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and workstations clean and organized.
Follow all company food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with stock rotation and product replenishment as required.
Work collaboratively with warehouse and transportation teams to meet service expectations.
