Warehouse Worker - B1
About The Position
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for learning various customer product specifications and working on production lines to sort incoming raw product (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) according to these specifications. This role is critical in maximizing the usage of incoming product by ensuring that all product meeting specifications goes into finished packages, while any product not meeting specifications is properly sorted and separated. The incumbent’s behavior must be consistent with the PRIDE values: be Passionate; have Respect; be Innovative; be Driven and strive for Excellence.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and retain a wealth of product and customer knowledge.
- Ability to make critical decisions quickly and repeatedly.
- Manual dexterity: ability to work with hands for the entire shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with produce or in a production environment preferred.
Responsibilities
