About The Position

Join the PACE Supply Team as a Warehouse Worker at our Distribution Center in Stockton, CA! PACE Supply's Distribution Center in Stockton has immediate openings for dedicated individuals to join our Swing Shift team! As a key member of our warehouse crew, you'll be responsible for picking, putaways, loading flatbed trucks with 20-40ft pipes, mixed bundles, and assisting across departments as needed. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, with availability for daily overtime. We are looking for individuals who can operate a stand up, cherry picker, high reach and sit-down forklift efficiently and safely. Experience with heavy loading is a big plus, and we seek individuals who can meet and exceed our productivity standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.

Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.
Must be available for daily overtime.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Safely load and secure 20-40ft pipes and mixed bundles onto flatbed trucks, ensuring all materials are properly positioned for transport.
Operate a sit-down forklift to efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse and assist with loading tasks.
Utilize RF scanners to accurately track and manage inventory, ensuring all materials are correctly logged and identified.
Provide support to other departments as needed, including material handling, inventory management, and general warehouse tasks.
Inspect and verify that all outgoing shipments meet company standards for accuracy, quality, and safety.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear.
Consistently meet or exceed company productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Be available for daily overtime as needed to meet the demands of our fast-paced warehouse environment.
