About The Position

We are continuously growing, and we need you to support our expansion! We would like you to join our Austin team. You will work closely with the Logistics Foreman and our logistics team. As a Logistics Employee, you will be responsible for managing the efficient movement and storage of goods according to established standards and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all shipments meet quality and delivery standards and are processed in a timely manner.

Requirements

You will need a strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
Some basic computer skills and strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
You will have to do some heavy lifting, and you will have the ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, wrists and arms.
You have good vision and have the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

You preferably have previous experience in logistics.
You are able to do physically heavier work, and this does not deter you.

Responsibilities

Picking appropriate products for shipment or internal use
Take timely action to properly maintain stock and perform necessary stock counts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet logistics goals
You are responsible for packing and stacking outgoing goods. You have an understanding of how to package goods correctly.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the logistics process
