About The Position

This role involves processing and managing cardboard waste, operating baling machinery, sorting materials, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position offers weekly pay at a rate of $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members.
- Two valid forms of ID.
- Steel-toe boots (required for safety).
- Own transportation to commute.
- Be able to lift, push or pull up to 50-65 pounds.
- A Background check and Drug test will be conducted.
Responsibilities
- Processing and managing cardboard waste materials efficiently.
- Operating baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales and securely placing them on pallets.
- Sorting reusable cardboard and breaking down cardboard boxes.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Following all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Working effectively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
