Night Warehouse Worker

About The Position

As a Warehouse Worker, you will provide warehouse support—including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving orders—to meet the facility’s productivity and quality goals. This is a night position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role requires using an electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift, and frequently ascending 25 feet on a cherry picker while wearing a safety harness. Employees must wear the company-issued uniform and properly handle company-issued equipment, including PPE and voice equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to use an electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift.
Ability to frequently ascend 25 feet on a cherry picker while wearing a safety harness.
Ability to follow safety practices and properly handle company-issued equipment.

Responsibilities

Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
Sort and break down products by SKU, quantity, and product type.
Communicate effectively with Receivers, Drivers, Driver Check-in, and Forklift Operators.
Follow proper safety practices for the truck and trailer pull process on a daily basis.
Sort and store goods in designated warehouse areas.
Properly handle company-issued equipment, including PPE and voice equipment.
Report safety concerns in the work environment in a timely manner.
Wear the company-issued uniform.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets or shelves, or move them to the loading dock for shipping.
Label pallets with identifying information when instructed.
Open bales, crates, and other containers when necessary.
