About The Position

We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver for a Summer Contract position for Full time hours, Monday to Friday day shift, June to September! The Warehouse worker will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate must be well suited to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret and understand order information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding the importance of meeting customer demands.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Must have vehicle to drive to location (not on bus route).

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders indicated on pick tickets.
• Wraps pallets and loads trucks for in-town deliveries.
• Wraps and labels pallets for out-of-town deliveries and pick-ups.
• Ensure products are designated to their proper bin locations.
• Assist with cycle and physical inventories counts.
• Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
