Requirements
- Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and reporting skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Excellent communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Regular lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
- Extended standing and walking
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Clear vision and depth perception
- Ability to operate equipment safely
- Must pass all applicable background checks
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma preferred
- Warehouse experience beneficial
- Customer service experience helpful
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
- Price merchandise according to guidelines
- Track production numbers and complete reports
- Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Assist donors with donation drop-offs
- Complete donation receipts accurately
- Collect and track donor information
- Process various types of donations including: Clothing and accessories, Household items, Electronics, Furniture and antiques, Jewelry and collectibles
- May be trained to operate: Baler, Compactor, Forklift, Elevator, Other warehouse equipment
