As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipping/receiving activities. Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities, considering all factors and recommending appropriate solutions.
Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for will call, delivery, or shipment
Receive, review, and prioritize work assignments using system-generated tasks or supervisor direction
Retrieve products from inventory using manual methods and/or material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Verify order accuracy, including product, quantity, and condition, prior to staging or shipping
Package and label materials appropriately for safe transport and delivery
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
Maintain organized inventory and properly stock materials in designated locations
Complete required documentation, including bills of lading and order records
Support will call and counter sales by pulling and staging orders quickly and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency
Contribute to a positive team environment through cooperation and professionalism
Perform additional duties as assigned
