WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE JOB OVERVIEW This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in the automotive industry located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with health benefits included, 401K, and more. No experience is needed, we are willing to train.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a warehouse or automotive industry is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories
- Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory checks
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards
