About The Position
As a warehouse employee, you’ll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery - playing a key role in keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand. Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, physical work. This part-time role offers competitive pay with scheduled increases every 6 months, with earning potential up to $23.00/hour after 4 years. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainers
- On-going, continuous safety training throughout the year
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or cold weather gear provided at no cost
Responsibilities
- Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect)
- Effectively communicate with management and the team
- Work within our warehouse environment where temperatures range from -20'F in Frozen, to 105'F in Grocery
- Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
