This role involves efficiently processing and managing cardboard waste materials, including operating baling machinery, sorting reusable cardboard, breaking down boxes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Two valid forms of ID.
- Steel-toe boots (required for safety).
- Own transportation to commute.
- Be able to lift, push or pull up to 50-65 pounds.
- A Background check and Drug test will be conducted.
Responsibilities
- Operating baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales and placing them on pallets.
- Sorting through reusable cardboard.
- Breaking down boxes.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
