Requirements

Physical demands: Stand/Walk entire shift (approx. 9 miles).
Lift up to 50 lbs. overhead frequently.
Bend, lift, grab, reach over shoulder and squat, repeatedly.
Stand entire shift.
Maximum operator height of 6’4” and minimum operator height of 5’3” (for Machine Operator).
Machine harnesses are rated to a maximum operator weight of 400 lbs. (for Machine Operator).
Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Will work at heights (for Machine Operator).
Stand/Walk entire shift (approx. 9 miles) (for Material Handler).
Bend, lift, grab, reach over shoulder and squat, repeatedly (for Material Handler).
Climb ladders and stairs (for Material Handler).
Pull pallet jack (for Material Handler).
Push U-boats (for Material Handler).
Carry and lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of 54” overhead frequently (for Material Handler).
Stand/Walk entire shift (for Merch Prep).
Pull/glide tote weighing up to 35 lbs. from belt at 42 inches from the floor to a tilted tote holder (for Merch Prep).
Reach over shoulder repeatedly (for Merch Prep).
Experienced using computers, familiar with Windows based applications.
Ability to learn new applications quickly.
Ability to multitask and/or change tasks frequently.

Previous experience with machines in a warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately perform a variety of material transfer functions, including repetitive handling and lifting of cases up to 50 lbs.
Cut cases with a knife, offload and stack cases, and transfer U-boats full of cases.
Induct cases onto a belt using a vacuum assist device.
Perform various duties on an Order Picker machine, including putting away, pulling, and stocking cases, retrieving individual orders, and transferring totes to conveyor belts.
Stack pallets and move workstation replenishment supplies.
Ensure a constant flow of work, identify and respond to conveyor jams/work stoppages, and identify problem resolution cases.
Collect orders for the warehouse and pack them for shipment.
Perform basic and repetitive computer functions and learn new computer systems.
Perform basic computer and machine skills and learn new systems.
Multitask and change tasks frequently.
Work at heights.
Climb ladders and stairs.
