About The Position

American Lumper Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a direct hire, full-time position (40 hours per week) focused on general warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks, and sorting product. The role offers a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing company while building skills and self-esteem. The work is described as steady but not overly strenuous, with a team that handles freight sorting and loading for overnight delivery.

Requirements

• Dependability is a must!
• Attention to detail is a must!
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently and safely
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to perform duties as assigned, even if it's outside the normal daily tasks
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Must be able to stay until the work is complete (public transportation stops at midnight)

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience preferred but we are also willing to train
• Forklift experience is a plus!
