Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of work related experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic messages communicated orally.
  • May write brief messages and keep simple records.
  • Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.
  • Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
  • Uses guidance/guidelines provide by supervisor/manager.
  • Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Warehouse, or similar, work environment, prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Duties aligned with shipping and/or receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
  • Operating manual/powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
  • Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
  • Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and delivering to staging area/delivery truck.
  • Operate a manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse.
  • Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
  • Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.
