About The Position

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Warehouse Worker on the night shift. Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of work related experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic messages communicated orally
  • Ability to write brief messages and keep simple records
  • Ability to follow standard procedures with no decision making involved
  • Ability to use guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager
  • Ability to follow assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Warehouse, or similar, work environment experience
  • Prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties aligned with shipping and/or receiving
  • Process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and fill orders from stock
  • Pack and ship orders
  • Manage, organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse
  • Operate manual/powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
  • Receive and put away inbound product to designated location
  • Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and delivering to staging area/delivery truck
  • Operate a manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse
  • Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
  • Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures
  • Assume other duties as assigned
