About The Position

Johnson Brothers is a national, family-owned wine, spirits, and beer distributor that has served customers since 1953. The Night Warehouse Worker fills customer orders and ensures that all ordered items are received. The role is scheduled Monday through Thursday, with dispatch around 5:00 PM, and weekends off. Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour, plus $0.50 per hour shift pay, with a $1.50 per hour raise after 90 days and overtime. Pay is issued biweekly. A benefits package is available within the first 30 days, and the position offers opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds, sometimes repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently, manage oneself, and stay motivated to meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer products to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain established work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and use manual and powered equipment.
• Load and unload products efficiently and safely.
• Check product and packaging quality before shipment.
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
