About The Position
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including product handling, inventory control, and shipping activities. This role involves loading and unloading materials, maintaining accurate inventory records. The position requires adherence to strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and performing physical tasks. Employees must be detail-oriented and capable of completing accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound products. This role also supports housekeeping, maintenance, and overall plant efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including bulk truck and rail
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits
- Complete detailed shipping reports, including weights, lot tracking, and grading
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely
- Perform equipment cleaning, plant housekeeping, and debris removal
- Assist with preventative maintenance and follow production schedules
- Participate in safety programs, meetings, and quality assurance initiative
