As a Warehouse Worker at our Jerome Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry. Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team
Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency
Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!

Responsibilities

Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
