We are hiring for multiple opportunities within our warehouse team, including General Warehouse Worker, Shipping and Receiving Operator, Inventory Control Tech, Traffic Clerk, and Warehouse Lead. Requirements

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and accurately identify and scan products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may vary by facility and position.
  • Ability to work in cold or hot environments while wearing required PPE, as applicable.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
  • Comfortable working in varying noise levels, which may be loud at times.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attendance, dependability, and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, forklift, or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehouse activities, including retrieving pallets, replenishing racks, case picking, and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Load and unload products from trucks and containers, including manual handling when required.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Pick, receive, ship, and move products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Use RF scanners to verify products, counts, and inventory movement.
  • Inspect products for damage or quality issues and report concerns to leadership.
  • Replenish and properly store inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Support inventory control activities and research inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with training and supporting team members in a Warehouse Lead capacity, when applicable.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Support other warehouse functions and operational needs as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.
