About The Position

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for various tasks related to order fulfillment, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. The position operates on a night schedule with a 4-10 work schedule, offering three-day weekends. Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have or acquire forklift certification.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift, and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to obtain and maintain case picks per hour and accuracy goals as assigned.
• Examine stock to verify conformance to quality specifications and takes pride in products being distributed.
• Keeps all locations neat, organized, and straightened, while maintaining the rotation of product to ensure freshness.
• Fills orders or issues supplies from stock with care, concern, and diligence.
• Store product in bins, racks, on the floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, brand, or type of material.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and builds orders on pallets, effectively and safely for successful delivery.
• Helps to clean up all warehouse areas worked during the shift by sweeping, discarding of trash, and empty boxes prior to the end of the shift.
• Participates and receives training certificates for the proper and safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Pay ranges from $18.25 to $26.00 per hour plus $1.25 night premium pay, Depending on Experience.
• $500.00 sign-on bonus after 60 day mark.
