About The Position

Warehouse Team Members are responsible for picking, packaging, staging, and shipping automotive parts from a General Motors warehouse. Team members are also responsible for loading, unloading, stocking, and maintaining the warehouse inventory. Candidates will be placed in one of two shifts: 1st shift (4:00am – 12:30pm) or 2nd shift (1:00pm – 9:30pm). Overtime is expected on both shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must be shift flexible as hours and days assigned may vary
• Must satisfactorily complete drug testing and a background check
• Proficiency to listen, read, and follow work and safety instructions
• Quick response to safety instructions, alarms, and signals
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Comfortably wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to navigate a busy environment
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach
• May need to lift or carry materials weighing up to 75 lbs. depending on department
• Occasional sitting during certain tasks
• Ability to drive mobile equipment when needed
