Under general supervision, warehouse workers are cross-trained to work in various positions throughout the warehouse and are required to work any of the designated warehouse shifts (1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Graveyard Shift) based on the needs of the business. This role involves planning and organizing daily workload to meet quality standards and production goals, using scanner guns and other warehouse tools. Responsibilities include packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory control, refrigeration unit duties, pulling/stocking products, and order selection. The position requires ensuring compliance with safety rules and warehouse procedures, and may involve operating a computer for data entry, inventory management, and report generation. Additionally, employees may be required to travel periodically to set up and take down trade show booths, representing the company professionally. Excellent attendance, dependability, and the ability to work overtime are essential. Maintaining good housekeeping habits and fostering positive work relationships are also key aspects of this role. The job may require periodic travel based on business needs and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Attendance at mandatory staff meetings and participation in group discussions are expected, along with performing other assigned tasks and projects.
